All of our jewellery comes beautifully packaged in an Alice gift box. To keep your jewellery in tip-top condition, please keep it in its box when you are not wearing it. Because our items are handmade, they are a little more delicate.
Because all our products are made to request, we'll need a bit of time to make up your order before sending it. Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order, although we'll do all we can to get it to you sooner.
Express orders can be arranged. Please email us your requirements so we can assess the feasibility.
All items are made to order based on your specification so refunds or returns are not permitted. Please check sizes and colours before you order. If there is a quality issue with your product, please get in touch with the team and we'll do all we can to put it right.
This item is made from plated brass or copper (depending on the finding).
In order to keep your jewellery looking as beautiful as the day you bought it for longer, do your best to keep it away from things like perfume, lotion and hairspray. When you’re done wearing it for the day, give it a quick wipe with a soft cloth (a glasses cleaner works well) and pop it back in its box. Take extra care with wire wrapped jewellery not to catch any of the wires as you could damage the structure. Don’t use any harsh chemicals to clean it.
We take extra care to make the jewellery as robust as possible, but its handmade nature does make it more fragile than jewellery pumped out by a machine. Be gentle with it (no mud wrestling or gardening please), don’t wear it in the shower and always take it off before you go to bed.
When you’re not wearing it, keep it in it’s box or pouch.
Follow these simple steps and you’ll still be waring it in many years time.
